ZK Repairs – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to ZK Repairs, powered by ZK Solutions LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of ZK Repairs’ roadside referral and dispatch services ("Services") provided to you ("Customer").
By requesting or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Service details or pricing may also appear in a separate “Service Agreement” or “Service Document.” Together, these documents represent the full agreement between the Customer and ZK Repairs.

2. Services Offered

ZK Repairs coordinates nationwide roadside assistance through a trusted network of affiliated service vendors specializing in diesel trucks and trailers. Our dispatch network provides:

  • Mobile truck and trailer repair

  • Tire repair, replacement, and mobile installation

  • Minor and major mechanical work

  • Load shift and structural assistance

Our goal is to deliver fast, reliable roadside support to keep commercial drivers and fleets moving safely.

3. Requesting Roadside Assistance

Customers can request service through any of the following methods:

Once your request is received, our team will dispatch the nearest available vendor to your breakdown location.

4. Charges and Fees

Rates are determined by multiple factors, including:

  • Region or service area

  • Service type (standard vs. out-of-market)

  • Time of day (regular hours vs. after-hours/weekends/holidays)

  • Parts and labor required

Additional fees may apply for parts, jump-starts, or reefer repair.
All invoices are issued electronically and must be paid before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Billing and Collections

5.1 Invoicing

Invoices are sent electronically to the email address on record before a service is dispatched. Each invoice includes key details such as equipment number, location, and date of service.
Unless disputed under Section 5.2, all invoices must be paid in full within immediately before dispatch.

5.2 Disputes

If you wish to dispute an invoice, written notice must be submitted to billing@zkrepairs.com within 30 days of the invoice date.
Disputes received after this period will not be reviewed, and the full invoice amount will remain due.
Approved disputes will be credited if ZK Repairs determines the charge was not the Customer’s responsibility.
ZK Repairs is not responsible for detention fees or driver downtime.

5.3 Service and Repair Expectations

Approval Process: Customers must provide any necessary reference or purchase order numbers at the time of service request. Failure to do so does not remove the obligation to pay.
Cancellations: Service requests must be canceled within 15 minutes of submission to avoid dry run charges.
Changes: Updates to location, equipment type, or tire size must be reported immediately to prevent additional fees.
Dry Runs: If the assigned vendor cannot locate the equipment or finds no issue, ZK Repairs will attempt to contact the Customer. If unresolved, a standard service call fee will apply.
Repair Vendors: All vendors are independently operated and billed directly for services provided. ZK Repairs charges a $195 management and dispatch fee for coordinating each service call. The final invoice and payment are made directly to the service vendor handling the repair. Customers should not make payments to ZK Repairs for vendor-related charges unless specified verbally or in writing.
Removed Parts: Upon request, vendors may return removed parts or tires to the driver. ZK Repairs is not responsible for missing or unclaimed parts.

5.4 Payment Methods

ZK Repairs accepts secure payments through Credit Card or ACH.
All transactions are securely processed by ZK Solutions LLC.
