ZK Repairs – Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to ZK Repairs, owned by ZK Solutions LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of ZK Repairs’ roadside referral and dispatch services ("Services") provided to you ("Customer").
By requesting or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Service details or pricing may also appear in a separate “Service Agreement” or “Service Document.” Together, these documents represent the full agreement between the Customer and ZK Repairs.
2. Services Offered
ZK Repairs coordinates nationwide roadside assistance through a trusted network of affiliated service vendors specializing in diesel trucks and trailers. Our dispatch network provides:
Mobile truck and trailer repair
Tire repair, replacement, and mobile installation
Minor and major mechanical work
Load shift and structural assistance
Our goal is to deliver fast, reliable roadside support to keep commercial drivers and fleets moving safely.
3. Requesting Roadside Assistance
Customers can request service through any of the following methods:

Once your request is received, our team will dispatch the nearest available vendor to your breakdown location.
4. Charges and Fees
Rates are determined by multiple factors, including:
Region or service area
Service type (standard vs. out-of-market)
Time of day (regular hours vs. after-hours/weekends/holidays)
Parts and labor required
Additional fees may apply for parts, jump-starts, or reefer repair.
All invoices are issued electronically and must be paid before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Billing and Collections
5.1 Invoicing
Invoices are sent electronically to the email address on record before a service is dispatched. Each invoice includes key details such as equipment number, location, and date of service.
Unless disputed under Section 5.2, all invoices must be paid in full within immediately before dispatch.
5.2 Disputes
If you wish to dispute an invoice, written notice must be submitted to billing@zkrepairs.com within 30 days of the invoice date.
Disputes received after this period will not be reviewed, and the full invoice amount will remain due.
Approved disputes will be credited if ZK Repairs determines the charge was not the Customer’s responsibility.
ZK Repairs is not responsible for detention fees or driver downtime.
5.3 Service and Repair Expectations
Our business provides on-site roadside assistance and mobile repair services. Because services are rendered immediately and involve dispatching technicians, returns are not applicable.
Approval Process: All service requests require customer authorization before dispatch. Approval may be provided verbally, via text message, email, or electronic invoice. Once approval is given, the service request is considered confirmed and binding.
Approval includes acceptance of:
Quoted service charges
Dispatch and service call fees
Vendor labor, mileage, and parts (if applicable)
This Refund, Cancellation & Change Policy
Cancellations: Before dispatch:
Cancellations may be accepted without charge or with a minimal administrative fee.
After dispatch but before arrival:
A dispatch or service call fee will apply to cover vendor mobilization costs.After arrival or service start:
No refunds will be issued once the repair vendor has arrived on site or service has begun.
Customer no-shows, refusal of service upon arrival, or incorrect location information are non-refundable.
Changes: Requests to change service details (location, unit type, repair scope) after approval are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Any change requested after dispatch may:
Reset estimated arrival times
Incur additional dispatch, mileage, or labor fees
Require re-approval before continuing service
Dry Runs: A dry run occurs when a repair vendor is dispatched but unable to perform service due to circumstances beyond the vendor’s control, including but not limited to:
Incorrect or incomplete location details
Vehicle not present upon arrival
Customer unavailable or unresponsive
Unsafe working conditions
Job scope differs from what was approved
Dry runs are billable and non-refundable, as vendor time and travel have already been incurred.
Repair Vendors: Repair services are performed by independent third-party repair vendors. We act as a dispatch and coordination service and do not directly employ technicians.
All services are fulfilled according to industry standards
Pricing reflects vendor labor, travel, and service complexity
Delays due to traffic, weather, access issues, or vendor availability are not grounds for refunds
By approving service, the customer acknowledges and accepts the use of third-party repair vendors and the terms outlined above.
5.4 Service and Repair Expectations
ZK Repairs applies a $195 management and dispatch fee for coordinating and managing each service call. All labor, parts, mileage, and repair-related charges are invoiced and collected directly by the assigned repair vendor, unless ZK Repairs expressly authorizes payment in writing or verbally.
5.5 Payment Methods
ZK Repairs accepts secure payments through Credit Card or ACH.
All transactions are securely processed by ZK Solutions LLC.
